Sylvia Rodriguez Bracero, (she/her/hers) obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Mercy University. She provides individual, couple, and family therapy to clients across the lifespan experiencing an array of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and schizophrenia among others. Sylvia employs a variety of treatment models including trauma systems therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and motivational interviewing. She takes a holistic approach to mental health and is concerned with the overall, long-term well-being of individuals and their families.
